Female Dragon Cop

As you can tell from the date, this is an older drawing.  I have posted the line art before, and had started on coloring it a few times but had not finished it.  So I wiped out all the color on the old PSD and re-did it.  I need to do a better job with highlights now, and maybe slow down during the process to get a better idea of how I'm doing with colors.  Still, I'm much better now than I was just a few months ago.
