You will notice that I tended to use a hybrid of comic book and cartoon-strip storytelling. Cartoon strips often have a series of panels where the characters move very little, if at all, and the story is almost entirely driven by the words. The second, third, and fourth panels here are like that. There are two stories being told here; the interaction between Felicia and Jason is being told mostly by the pictures, as we transition to the main story being told by the character in the foreground.

It's a nice example of what makes comics so much fun to create. You can tell many stories at once and influence how the reader perceives it. The level of depth you can achieve is amazing when it's done right.
